Shipping & Delivery

• Orders will be sent by Australia Post or courier.
• We track and offer sign on delivery of orders.
• You will receive your tracking number via email at dispatch.
• ‘Authority to Leave’ is set as default unless you opt for ‘signature on delivery’ during the order process.
• Signature on Delivery is only available to Australian customers. It must be selected at checkout.
• Customers have the option to use a courier service for large items and glass.
• Flat rate shipping is available
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available on some orders.

Free express shipping applies in the following circumstances;

• Australian orders over $100 (does not apply to Signature on Delivery or Courier Services)
• International orders over $200 (does not apply to international courier services)

International Shipping

• Postage to international locations does not include any taxes or duties applied at the destination location. Any such costs are changed once the items arrive in the destination country.
• These taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Local and international customs authorities may delay items and are outside of the control of the Elm & the Raven.

LARGE/BULKY ITEMS

• Large framed prints and glass will be sent via courier to ensure fast and secure transit.

TRACKING

• Orders are sent by Australia Post unless they meet the large/bulky item criteria.
• Tracking numbers are provided on all orders.
• Tracking information is sent to the email address provided during purchasing.
• Follow the progress of your order using our Tracking Page.

Authority to leave

• Unless otherwise specified, all orders are processed as authority to leave by default.
• This enables our carriers to leave the package unattended at your address without a signature.
• The Elm & the Raven will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items after delivery has been recorded.

DELIVERY AREAS

• If your address is outside of the delivery network, your order will be sent to the nearest post office for collection.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

• Available for Australian deliveries only
• Not available on international orders
• If you are not able to sign for your package on delivery it will be sent to the nearest Post Office for collection.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION

• Provide any special instruction regarding the delivery of your order during the order process.
• If you need to provide information to us after your order has been placed, email hello@elmandtheraven quoting your order number and the details of your request.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

• Orders processed and dispatched 1-3 business days from receipt.
• Standard postage delivery times apply.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• If you change your mind and your order has not been shipped you may cancel. Please notify us immediately.
• Shipped orders cannot be cancelled but see information on returns/refunds for more information.

LOCAL PICK UP (TASMANIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY)

• Complete your payment online
• Select Local Pick up
• The Elm & the Raven will contact you via email to arrange collection when your order is ready.

DAMAGED ITEMS
