The Cradle Mountain Collection

Tasmanian wilderness in all seasons

Atmospheric Photography from Tasmania's Wild West

In 2025, I was fortunate enough to hold a four-month solo exhibition at Tasmania’s Wilderness Gallery, on the edge of Cradle Mountain National Park. It was a period of time I will never forget. Not only for the show itself, but for the extraordinary landscape I had access to across the changing seasons.

In the lead-up to the exhibition, a body of work emerged that became my Untamed Tasmania collection, which you can view online, complete with a full exhibition walkthrough.

The exhibition, however, did not encompass all the images I captured during and after my time there. The turning of the Fagus. The golden warmth of summer. The quiet emergence of spring. This is where those images now live.

The intricacy and colour of our native deciduous beech, Nothofagus gunnii. Landscapes rolling in autumn hues. Light shifting and filtering across vast, expansive wilderness.

And a selection of favourites — so striking they simply had to be shared — are now available to infuse your days with a little Tasmanian splendour.
